How to Win Your Ex Back – Step By Step Plan to Get Your Ex Back
If you have just broken up, you must be going through a lot of painful emotions. You miss your ex and cannot stop thinking about them. Do you know why you can't stop thinking about them? Because you love your ex and you want them back.
At this point in your life, you have to make a decision. You have three choices:
*Get over the break up and move on
*Give all that it takes to get them back
*Do nothing
Most people decide to do nothing. They decide to sit in misery and lock themselves up.
This is one of the worst things you can do. It leads to psychological atrophy and depression. The depression will affect all areas of your life. Only cowards make this decision.
The other two decisions are made by only courageous people.
Some people choose to move on. They will face a lot of problems in the beginning. They will miss their ex and miss the great moments they shared together. Getting into a new relationship is the quickest way to move on.
Get them back - If you make this decision, you are truly great. But you have to lose your emotional attachment towards them and work towards getting them back by moving on. Here are a few tips on how to get them back:
Don't play games. Don't try to make them believe that you care too much about them than you really do or don't care at all. Be their friend. Caring too much and not caring at all will feel good for a while but it won't last.
Don't try to make them jealous by dating someone else. This trick works now and then but it does not work one hundred percent of the time. By pretending to date someone else, you are likely to worsen the relationship.
Don't be desperate. Don't call or text them repeatedly. Just ask them 'how was their day' through a simple message. Be friendly. Don't try to be flirtatious. You have to become close first and end all the anger between the two of you.
Start Connecting - Don't communicate your thoughts. We are all connected. So talk to them in a manner that tells them you truly care about their life. The next time you are on the phone with your ex, ask them these questions:
How was your day?
Do you enjoy your job?
If there was one thing in the world you'd love to do, what is it?
And when they answer, ask them why they aren’t doing it.
Reinvent Yourself - It's time for introspection. See where you are in your career,
fitness and money. Improve your life in every way you can.
=> Shed those extra pounds

=> Get a new degree
=> Get a new Job or Seek Promotion
=> Get a raise
=> Go try out new stuff
=> Go Meditate
